No really! In Manchester, NH at a place called "Puritan Back Room", they have these great chicken tenders they serve with "Duck" sauce. It's a little spicy, a little sweet & sour. Big thing back "east".

They have duck sauce here to. I will take either the duck sauce or sweet and sour please. (bet you didn't know you were going to have to feed us all!)

Bobby, Glad to see you back!

I had Peking duck once in Hong Kong. The whole duck was cooked all in some kind of leaf. It tasted good, but it was way to expensive. It was a experience though.

i just cut the chicken breasts in strips and fry them like regular sunday fried chicken (i make a couple tons at a time so there's plenty)...then everyone grabs what dippin' sauce they want (we keep several on hand) and i don't see anyone again for a day or two, LOL :D
