A few weeks ago our own Steve Russell mentioned "scrap-maps.com" and I thought I would incorporate this into our challenge for this week.

You are to use the sketch below from scrap-maps as inspiration to create this week's layout.

*hint* drag and drop the picture onto your scrapbookMAX! workspace and it makes using the sketch as a reference easier because you're not opening and closing screens.

You have until Next Sunday Sept 24th at Midnite CST to complete your challenge! All who participate will recieve a gift!

kristyc1994's template inspired my page called shoes. When this challenge came out, I decided to revamp the way it was done to use the weekly scrap map.

Oh, my goodness. I revised my layout for the challenge and tried to edit it and get the edited version in the galllery - instead the old one kept coming back. So I deleted it and uploaded the new version and it worked except the gallery just keeps the old one! Good Grief! I am the computer ptoltergeist!

I just looked at all your layouts and wanted so much to comment on each one, but I'm bearly alive right now. I'm removing wallpaper and painting all of my parents bungalow. It's turning out to be a nightmare. And I'm getting too old for this. So please, bear with me.

Every one of you has done such a lovely job. I feel really priviledge to be with such a group of talented people. I'm really learning a lot about how to put things together. Thank you all so much. Can't wait for the next challenge.

Thanks for the great weekly challenges. This is my first attempt at them - not through lack of enthusiasm - more lack of time. Am currently putting together a recipe book in my spare time (Ha, ha). Like that is easy with 3 girls! Anyway, it is nice to be inspried by all the fabulous work that goes on this site. Thanks to you all.

Hopefully, I got this right. This is my second time to post on this site and I hope I am getting it done.

I love everyone's work. I made my first ever embellishment tonight...I cut the lily from one of my photos and used it....This digital scrapbooking is so different than paper....

It seems like everyone has so much time....I have only been looking at the postings since this weekend and I can't keep up!

My CD for the extras should be coming in the mail anyday. I appreciate what I have been able to download from the site!

When you are looking at your page in the gallery look at the top of your browser. You will see an address that begins with "http://".

You want to highlight that address and select Edit-Copy from your browser menu or hit the CTRL + C keys on your keyboard to copy the address.

Now when you post a reply here click on the insert link button (the one that looks like a little globe with a chain link). A popup window will ask you for the URL of your link. Hit the CTRL + V keys to paste the address you previously copied into this popup and click the OK button.
