Program shuts down when I try to import a background paper

Can anyone help me? There's obviously no such thing with Scrapbook Max as customer support or technical support. Suddenly, every time I try to get a background paper from my own files on my computer, I get an error message and the program shuts down. Anyone have an answer? I'm desperate.

I should add, that the update took me to version 2.0.5.0. Before the update it worked fine. I am running SBM2 on Windows Vista.

To Scrapgrandma, someone will will post a solution during business hours. SBM has great tech support. I think its just a glitch with the last update.

Thanks. I had just gotten that update, too. But someone needs to tell us how to fix it.

Ok, open SBM, then choose Open a Saved Scrapbook. Then choose any scrapbook to open. (It does not matter which one you open.) Click on "help". A list will drop down. Choose "Check for Update..." The program will then get the newest update for you. Follow the instructions to install it. (It will tell you to close SBM. You can do that by clicking on the "x" in the right hand cornor.) After it install's the update, you can reopen the program and it will work just fine. I did it a little while ago and the newest update fixed the problem we were having.
