View Full Version : He is BACK TO WORK
Finally it has been way over a year.He got his scope done and foot is healing. He started back Monday. He started with 4 hours every other day and next wekk 4 hours for 5 days and the week after is 6 hours and then the next week he is on full schedule. He sure is tired and his foot is sore but they do not care as he went of with the knee, once the scope was done they were pushing him back. They took his supervisor job away from him as their is too much walking. So he is on the forklift. So now he has no stress. But things will work out.I may not be able to travel to my job. I will just do it on his days off.

Very good news! Without the stress, he can relax, enjoy seeing old friends again, and get out of the house again! Poor thing. He was probably going crazy staying home all that time.

Much healthier for him and will make him feel valued, by everyone else if not the bosses! :)

Great News Irene! I like the way they are spacing his schedule and adding a little more each week! This is a good way to return, without over doing too soon.
No Stress????? What is that?????

Great news Eye! Hopefully things can get back to normal for you now. Hope he doesn't mind the fork lift. Sounds like he will enjoy the less stressful position.

Glad for the good news for your husband. Getting back to work will do him good. Are you his driver? If so, we share a common bond.

Glad to hear that he is healing and back to work. Hope they don't push him too much as gradual is always better when you have been ill.
Well this week is a full week of 6 hours. He is exhausted on 4 hours but is so happy to be working.Next week he is back to full schedule. He walks not to bad though his foot will not bend up to far and has a little problem with steps. But otherwise he is great.I also found out why he is so clumsey. His toes on either foot does not touch the floor. As you are aware he needs those for balance.I laughed the other day when he was throwing the dogs toy and when he looked up in the air to watch it go he ended up flat on his back. But you see he is not careful as he is also hyper. So I is in for a fast ride of worries.:D.But allin all things are great.

glad you can still find things to laugh about with all his foot problems. Take care.
