Our Stormy Anniversary

I am sending a link to a slide show of the damage to our home. We had planned to paint our blue house in earth tone colors, after the summer heat ended!

31 days after closing, we experienced this event!

Wow Onie! that was some storm. It looks like it chose only your house. That is so weird that you got most of the destruction. The say tornadoes are like that. One side of the street will be devastated and the other will be just fine. Thank goodnes you and your family are alright. I hope your computers were backed up. If not, perhaps they will be able to get the stuff off your hard drives. We will keep you and your family in prayer during the rebuilding process.

I don't know why-but for some reason I can't view the slideshow.?? But I still hope and pray that they get you back in your home as soon as possible. I too am so thankful that you or your honey were not hurt.

Oh my God Onie, what a disaster!!!! My stomach is in knots looking at this, I cant even image what you are going through. I too am sooo thankful that you nor John were hurt in this storm. You got my prayers Onie and lots of them!!!!!

That is so sad. You are unscathed which is the main thing. I don't think you need memories like this, except maybe to remember how lucky you are to have survived and have each other. xxx
