Thanks Granny scraps.. very nice of you.
to those who are doing a wedding album and plan to use this template as the basis ..Is there anything else specifically that you would like to see to go with this album? like any special "words" or embies ( embellishments) Let us know and we'll see what we can come up with

OnieRN
07-13-2006, 04:38 PM
Moonbeam, Thank you for your continued work on the Bridal Album. I was thinking of words (embellishments) that go with weddings, such as, Ceremony, Reception, Bridal Party, Family of the Bride, Family of the Groom. Flower Girl, Ring Bear (SP?), Best Man, Maid or Maitron of Honor. The Toast,..... etc. We know that ANYTHING you come up with will be great!

Onie:)

OnieRN... Here are some words I have created. Moonbeam asked really nice, so here they are. Hope this is along the lines of what you need. More will be available in the future. Until then, sit tight, and tell those kids to elope, if they can't wait for us!

Granny

ps: They should install under your Embellishments, in a folder called Grannys. I just reloaded a new set, larger words this time.

OnieRN

Ops! Ever had one of those days when nothing went right? I missed the s in guests, so here is the corrected one. Please, let me know if I misspelled anything else.

Enjoy!

Granny :o

ps: You are so welcome, OnieRN. Glad you like them.

Hope you appreciate that OnieRn...because I had to beg, crawl, bow, scrape and grovel to Granny to get her to do that...and I have to do her ironing for a year now! ;)

OnieRN
07-14-2006, 03:57 PM
Do I need to do some ironing for you both? I really do appreciate the "wedding words".

Thanks Granny, the words are beautiful, all this wedding stuff got me interested in finally doing something with my wedding pictures. Almost 35 years later. We celebrate our 35th anniversary in october. Who knows I may have it done by then. I got one page done, but it is a start.

Moonbeam your work is beautiful. You have a real feel for the layouts.

I admire both you ladies (and of course all the rest of the talented people that contribute to our forum, that goes without saying)

And Granny, who irons anymore? Give the girl a break!

Maybe? What country you live in? I'm in Australia and Granny in California USA so it might be easier for you to pick up her basket of ironing each week....OK Granny? give it to OnieRN she'll do it when she's on night shift

Moonbeam... You are giving me a bad name!!!! Why not tell the truth, peon. I suggested it just as you started to ask. LOL. You're incorrigable. However, in the interest of having my ironing done for a year <whisper> don't tell OnieRN or Marion that all my clothers are wash and wear, they don't need to know that<whisper>, I will go along with your charade! :p

OnieRN.... I will have the first load ready for you by next Monday, there is so much of it, it takes that long to get it ready! You can pick it up in the middle of Sunset Blvd.

Marion, thank you for the nice words, but you know, we are all in this together. I would give anything... Well, my husband's dirty socks for sure, to be able to build layouts like you do. When it comes to that, I ain't got the brains the good Lord gave a goose! So there, we all trade off and everyone wins. Oh, and we're celebrating our 33rd this August! They should build a monument to us girls! :D

Moonbeam... Get back to the dungeon where you belong, we have a opening day coming up, remember? <whisper> Ops, blasted, hope no one heard that, I did it again<whisper>

Granny :o

Okay ladies, here is the deal...... As I mentioned before, I live in El Paso, TX. It is on the border of Mexico (the country) and New Mexico (the state). Must of here have housekeepers that live in Juaraz Mexico. They come weekly or biweekly to do those nasty chores that we don't like to do or don't have time. My gal does my ironing, cleans the bathrooms, dust and vacuum. Oh yeah, and the windows. So, just send your ironing my way and I will have Maggie (my housekeeper) iron them for you! LOL

:D nie

Carumba!!! What a life.... you have someone come and do your ironing? <sigh> In that case you can deffinately come and pick up Granny's..and mine too!

oh thankyou

I'm a newbie and it was worth paying for the software to get just these templates. I'm doing a wedding album for a couple that got married in Bali so one of the phrases might even be "Sands of Time" or "Waves of emotion" :D

Thank you so much guys- and Marion I love what you did with it ... the way your photgraph fits in there with the sea spray in the background looks like it continues right on into the background.. well done.. I'm so thrilled you used it and let me see what you did.. thank you...
adapting to other romantic occasions too ... maybe the words ( as well as my love is as endless as the waves) we could do as solid as a rock and put it on the rock face of the cliff there. I have done the word art to match the theme if you want it...

I have never actually uploaded an embie on its own so hope I did it right .. I just added the .smb suffix??? is that right?

Moonbeam
10-03-2006, 05:44 PM
Darn!!! I tried it and it wouldn't down load... someone will have to tell me how to upload an .smb file????
In the meantime I have uploaded the whole template so you can just take the words off it.
Now I better get back to work in Granny's dungeon before she finds me playing around here - Mercy Granny !!! I just miss the forum and cant wait to have time to get back here daily and be part of the fun.
See ya guys - it was worth it even if Granny gets the whip to me!

Moonbeam,

The phrase is beautiful!
I tried to install it, but it comes up with a error and won't install it. I still always use the embellishment packer Corey created. Is that what you used?

Hi Moonbeam,

Yes I got it from the template. Here is the link to Coreys epacker. or embellishment packer. I use it and it is super simple.
